1.0 Initial visit
For your first clean we apply a surcharge of 25% to cover the additional time taken to thoroughly clean your windows, frames and doors.
1.05 What can I expect
Pure water window cleaning is very effective at removing general dirt and grime. It is not for cleaning if builders residue, plaster, concrete/ mortor splashes, stickers, tape etc from frames of glass and will also not clean rust or staining from UPVC window frames. Please tell us when we call to arrange your first clean If your windows are affected by these or any other stains which may not come off with pure water.
1.1 How often will we visit
We strive to provide a regular and reliable all year round, 6 or 12 weekly window cleaning service.
Your first clean frequency may be extended in order to fit you in with the regular round in your area.
1.2 Bad Weather
We do clean in all weathers – except when snow makes roads impassable.
We provide a rain guarantee, if you are not delighted with your window clean simply notify us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean your windows.
1.3 Turning us away
We strive to deliver a reliable, all year round window cleaning service to all of our clients. In order to deliver a reliable service we allow time in the day for your window clean. Cancellations on the day of cleaning are not reason for non payment. We reseve the right to charge you the full price for your cleaning and/or cancel your ongoing service. We also reserve the right to charge the full cleaning price if the team are unable to access the rear of your property.
1.4 Ending our services
When the time comes that you need to stop our window cleaning service at your property simply use our customer service form and our team will gladly action that for you.
We do not offer one off window cleans, by signing up to our services you are agreeing to a minimum of 3 cleans. If you cancel before 3 cleans have taken place the remaining cleans will be chargeable.
1.5 Complaints procedure
We strive to deliver the best service, coupled with excellent window cleaning. If you are not happy with the cleaning results simply notify us within 24 hours. We will return and re-clean your windows within 48 hours.
Complaints raised after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned.
We operate a no refund policy, we are however happy to rectify work you are not happy with free of charge provided we are informed within 24 hours of the clean date.
1.6 Confidentiality
Your details are stored on a secure server, in a confidential database. Your details will not be shared, sold or rented to any third party and will solely be used for the purposes of providing your window cleaning services.
1.7 Payments
All regular window cleaning clients are required to pay via Gocardless direct debit. This system saves hours of admin, allowing us to keep our prices as competitive as physically possible.
Payments for one off services such as conservatory cleaning and gutter, soffit & fascia cleaning must be made in advance via card payment.
