All conservatory cleaning is carried out from the ground or from the safety of our specialist platforms – ensuring the safety of our staff and preventing damage being caused to your conservatory by a ladder leading against it.

    Your Conservatory Cleaning Service

    Our conservatory cleaning service has been refined over many years to create a safe and effective cleaning process which will make your conservatory sparkle again!

    The Splash and Sparkle Conservatory Cleaning Process

    • We check the working area for safe, clear access and will also complete an onsite risk assessment before cleaning your conservatory.
    • All accessible gutters are manually cleared by hand, including clearing the downpipes to ground level if they are blocked.
    • We pre wet your entire conservatory to begin loosening the dirt and grime from the UPVC and Glass or Polycarbonate roof panels.
    • A specialist degreaser / upvc cleaning agent is then applied via pump up sprayer to break down the dirt on your conservatory.
    • Our cleaner then scrubs to agitate the ingrained dirt / organic growth such as algae and lichen from the decorative finials
    • Each pane of your conservatory roof, along with the UPVC support rails are meticulously scrubbed to get the best possible result for you.
    • Inside the gutters along with the panel and support rail end caps are then cleaned by hand - helping your conservatory to stay cleaner for longer following the clean.
    • We then clean outside of your conservatory guttering by hand using a specialist UPVC restoration product.
    • All of the lower UPVC framework and sills are then cleaned by hand using a restoration agent for UPVC.
    • We then finish your conservatory clean by giving the complete conservatory a wash with purified water - ensuring it is left perfectly sparking for you!

    • Aged UPVC may be stained or the coating perished - Our cleaners make every attempt to ensure the clean is carried out to the highest standard possible, however UPVC restoration is not included in the price of a conservatory clean.
    • We need to have access to your back garden without going through your house or through a maze of alleyways. Our vehicle must be able to park within 25 meters of the conservatory we are cleaning.
